Survived by daughters, Laura (John) Hayden, Christine (Jerry) Arnold, and Kathy (Tom) Novak; grandchildren, Nate (Barb) Urek, Kirsten (Chris) Perry, Breanna (Mitchell) Warren, Cady Hayden (Anthony Ridgeway), Tyler (Lisa) Pokorny, Sarah Pokorny, Mathew Pokorny, and KassyJo Novak (James Middleton); and 11 great grandchildren.
